Owner ship on FM11

Hi

I have just had Message saying Chairman Martin Boughton is looking to sell the club (liverpool) and this could be to local buisness men.

Now in real life he could not decide to do this on his own and had to be a board vote.

I know probably in the full game the new owners will be in charge.

But my only concern is that Liverpool could not just be sold by chairman and that not all chairman own the club and this side of FM needs tweaking in the future. I know it managerment game but the ownership of club should still be replicated as much as possible.
