Can you help me by telling which attributes other than the obvious ones you keep looking at when employing:

- Scouts
- Physios

Scouts: Judging Player Potential, Judging Player Ability
Physios: Physiotherapy.

Edit: oh, other than the obvious. My bad. I also look for Man Motivation for physios and Determination for scouts. No idea if this actually makes a difference however.

Higher determination seems to bring in more reports, in a shorter time, for me.
