-TonyVain-
Apart from Holland and Germany, what other leagues don't have restrictions on how many foreigners you can buy/use? I'm after leagues with lower reputation so I can transform them into the new EPL/la liga. Thanks. -TV-

Lung
Ah. Forgot about the dynamic league reputation feature for this year. I think the obvious answer would be the countries the big boys of Europe send their players to in order to get EU citizenship like Poland and Belgium. -TonyVain-
Hmmm.. Belgium could be a good one.. especially as Royal Antwerp have Man Utd as a feeder team. Any others?

Maple
Sweden as well. Not entirely true, of the match squad of 18, 7 or 9 must be homegrowned.
Quackje
If you don't count leagues with homegrown policies that rules out several that people have suggested already. Theres a whole bunch of leagues where it doesn't matter where the players are from but you need some that are homegrown.

I think it was introduced for the 2010 season along with the 7 substitutes rather than 5 IIRC.
