IS the Match engine better in FM 2011?

Have not tried the demo yet but is the Match engine significantly better in FM 2011 or does it play like Fm 2010? Are teams playing more like teams in real life as in does Barcelona play like how Barcelona does in real life?

It seems better, though not perfect. However, I don't expect a computer game to perfectly simulate real-life players.

The issue I have is that my strikers seem really inept at scoring, and I've earned a number of penalties- not sure if this is a problem, though, or just my tactics.

Nothing is perfect. For me it's the best one so far ever.

In all fairness, the Romanian championship is full of that kind of players so it does happen.

I am glad some one asked this question, because in my mind, the match engine is by far the most important feature. So opinions on how it stacks up against previous versions are of great importance to me.

For the record, my only beef with FM10 was that I can use the same tactic week in and week out with out suffering defeat, previous versions made me study the other teams formations and look for weaknesses to exploit, meaning a victory was never certain.
