Disastorpasztor Posted October 22, 2010 Share Posted October 22, 2010 You don't have to get 10.5, but it is recommended that you do a "clean" install (wipe the hard drive and start from scratch) (you DO NOT need to buy the "full" version, contrary to Apple's claims; the "upgrade" disc will work just fine). Also, 10.6 does not have an "archive & install" option, so you will have to make sure to back up everything you have manually.
