Will FM11 be available for pre-load on Steam?

I haven't seen this mentioned elsewhere, so please forgive me if I am asking a question that has been answered before.

I'll be getting the game on Steam and have already pre-ordered. Steam sometimes have a game able to be pre-loaded. They did it with Civ 5 and it meant I did not have to go through the hassle of downloading the game on the day of release, but there was a simple release day patch that enabled the already downloaded game.

Are there any plans to do this for FM11?

Again, sorry if I have missed some major announcement, but I've been rather out of the FM loop for a while.
