What is this exactly? I requested it with Liverpool, and they accepted. I now have this on my boardroom screen.

Obviously it's got something to do with better regens in the academy, but what is it specifically?

Probably a set of foreign and regional campuses to the youth academy, allowing you to better find the new Messis of the world without costing an arm or a leg.

Well I'll never give you that. I just gave you my best one based on reasoning it out.

it's got nothing to do with regen players, it's about recruiting better ball boys. If you get a full bar you get the ball back for your throw ins almost immediately while enemy play is stifled by the boys lagging. If you fill the merchandising bar you also get a 'toweling the ball' minigame where you have to try to take as long as possible before returning it to Andy Caroll. If you drag it out for long enough he kicks the ballboy in the face and gets a seven month ban.

It's how good your grassroots scouting network is- how many of the young men of Liverpool (or England, or Europe, or the world) you see play, and therefore your chances of getting to the players with potential.

Must be having a 'dimwit' day here - you mean it just improves the quality regen? Or you'll be more likely to get a foreign regen in your youth intake?

Listen, nobody truly knows for certain yet, regens happen every year and seeing as though the demo lasts for 6 months it is impossible for anyone except from within SI to give you a definite and official answer. Following on from that then, anyone from SI are also unlikely to announce it hear in your thread before posting it in the Mirror Football blog or podcast.

Regen quality and quantity, but yes, when it gets to an international network, you'll see more foreign regens.
