FM11 Demo closes once I start it up

It says the installation goes fine and when I click on the shortcut, it loads up a few pages/slides then it closes. When I try clicking the shortcut again this message comes up:

I've read the FAQ's and none of the problems apply to me

PS I tried with steam on Thursday but that didn't work either. I have a DELL latitude E5500 laptop

I can't find the .exe file in program files :S

Did you move the EXE to your desktop instead of creating a shortcut?

No when I finished the installation it was there

when i re-installed the game and went to program files and clicked on the fm icon, the following message came up :S

I'm not sure why your computer would be denying you access, if it started up then closed then it knows the .exe is there but it won't let you run it.

Could you try this in a new user account, create it and make sure you have admin rights on that account, see if this helps.

Went on the microsoft help forums but the things which they say to do don't work either

Try reinstalling the demo and specifying a different folder location, rather than the default one. Did you delete the shortcut and create another one?

yeah i put it in a different folder but same thing happened. Got to the 'kick racism out of football' screen then it closes and the .exe file disappears

Anyone else had this problem?
