National Sevice Status (new feature?)

Just saw this new addition to the game when I viewed Park Ji-Sung's profile (not called up yet). For the South Korean national team, it goes like this.

Completed NS (current age)

Lee Jae-Woo (37)

Cho Won-Hee (27)

Not yet called up (current age)

Lee Young-Pyo (33)

Park Ji-Sung (29)

Lee Chung-Yong (22)

Son Heung-Min (17)

Park Chu-Young (24)

I'm not familiar with what age South Korean players are being called up for NS and how long they will serve. The other example I can think of is Singapore, where NS deferment for footballers is rare and they will have to serve 2 years starting usually from age 16 to 21. Those players can be selected to play for Singapore Armed Forces FC or Home United FC in the S-League but places are limited. Upon completion of NS, they will return to their original clubs to finish the balance of their contracts.

Is this feature implemented in the game or it is basically data collection with a view to implementing it in future versions? Or it is already in FM11 and the South Korean or Singapore government can call up your player suddenly and you will lose his services for a prolonged period of time?
