Player discussions

I transfer 3 less than fringe players in my team because I need to raise funds and quite frankly, they are crap, especially for a club of Milans stature! That was fine, till all 3 decided to kick up crap and demanded to have a conversation, which went on and on, now they are "unhappy" and "feeling they are being forced out". Is this gonna happen for every player I list? Surely I should be able to say "im sorry but you're not good enough", and that should be that? (apart from maybe the more egotistical, but surely not the "smaller" players?)
