Every other club has a really poor transfer budget, most likely because they've taken into account real life spending on new players. Makes it VERY hard to make your mark on your team of choice. I also find that quite strange considering Chelsea are now known to have had their transfer budgets cut down massively in order to try and make the club profitable in the long run. Fair enough they only spent about 15m but I find it quite silly when Chelsea have 70-100m transfer budget and Utd only have 20-40m when it has been repated by David Gill many times that we have a kitty of 100m set aside for major transfers if needed. Fergie has just chosen not to use much of it since he see's todays big stars as overpriced in the current market.
