Sign-Up: 5 years on loan.

Recommended Posts

The Football League Academy has produced a fine batch of youngsters, gaining the attention of Premier League teams. The Premier League teams are willing to offer a substantial amount for them but the academy was mostly set up to boost popularity of the Football League. Therefore, the Football League Academy (FLA) have decided to sell these players to the Premier League teams on the clause that they send these players on loan to a League One team for five years. However unsettling the clause was, the Premier League clubs finally agreed that it was still better to acquire the talent, and besides, the 5 year loan would be good experience for the youngsters.

All the youngsters will be age 16 and have a potential of -10, please give proper names, I love meta-realism. 'Premier League Team' should be the Premier League team the youngster belongs to on paper while the 'On Loan Team' should be a team from League One.

Football League Academy (FLA)

Established in 1999, the FLA saw their first intake in 2000. The FLA takes in students aged 7-9 and in 2007, their first batch of 9 year olds hit 16. Residing in the West Midlands, specifically Solihull, they have a 20000 seater stadium and boast ambitious plans. Boasting state of the art facilities, they have gained a place in League Two, in place of Morecambe. This serves as a side-experiment.

Some questions to mull on:

Will there be any player whose loan team gets promoted and original team gets relegated? (More for excitement)

Will promotion have a good effect on the players' development?

Will any players transfer to their loan team after their loan ends?
