Brian Shanahan
Frankly I would take every one of those attributes listed, and put marking at the bottom, though that may be the way I play, in that I usually play them as cover players defensively rather than markers. I also like to have my FBs good at corners too.
SCIAG
It depends what you want them to do. With all players, just think "do I want him to tackle? Do I want him to pass well? Do I want him to keep composed? How important is his speed?". If you don't want your right back to tackle, because he'll be attacking constantly, then you don't need to look for tackling. If you don't want him to ever get forward, then dribbling, crossing, off the ball, stamina, work rate and anticipation won't be very important. pelicanstuff
It's always worth having full-backs that can at least jump/head the ball reasonably well. I also notice that neither passing nor technique have been mentioned so far.
