wazza Posted October 16, 2010 Share Posted October 16, 2010 On FM2010 Ive just noticed that in the Job Centre there is not listed all the managers jobs that are available. EG All the clubs requiring managers from Brazil is listed in the Job Centre but not clubs wanting managers from England even though against the English club in Job Security it states available. I have checked the filters and set right. Why would say in this instance the job for Tanmere be available in Job security but not have an advert in job centre is it a bug or is there a reason for it? The Lambs Posted October 16, 2010 Share Posted October 16, 2010 Rather than invite applicants for the job, they may already have a short list of managers, or even one manager in particular, that they are approaching. In the same way, I bet you rarely advertise for coaches, instead you see one and approach him directly.
