FM11 Player Boosts/Decreases

With the new game just round the corner, i thought it would be fun thinking of your own teams and players that you have used and seen, who should be boosted and who should be decreased this year?

Say for instance the talk of Wilshere being one of the big talks in the Jan update and whether he should have been a -10. Most people said because he wasn't really playing very much that he should have stayed at a -9. This year Jack has played a fair few games for Arsenal including taking over from Cesc while he was injured, he is definately showing that he can stand upto the pace of the Premier League and has a English Cap to his name already, would this warrent moving up from a -9 to a -10?

Another example would be Joe Hart, after his very succesful loan period with Birmingham, he has took the Premier League by the horns and again is now Englands Number 1 Goalkeeper, and keeping Shay out of the team in Manchester City. Should he be boosted from his PA that he had last year?

Players that were said to light up the leagues last year and didn't, one coming to mind was the arrogance of Balotelli who didn't want to play and showed it at times, do you think this kind of thing will be shown in his stats for Manchester City this year?

Hopefully people can shed some more ideas to this thread and make it a very interesting thread to talk about before the game's demo comes out

As you will see in the data section that the researchers do not like to make drastic changes between each year. In the Dutch thread - the researcher has already said that Suarez will have the same PA in FM11 as FM10 - and after last season some people may feel it should have been increased - but his PA has stayed the same. Messi had a great season for Barcelona - but will his attributes change? Probably not. So the researchers don't like to chop and change too much - and I would say once a researcher makes an assesment regarding a player - then they don't like to change it too much - unless it is very obvious or they are young etc.
