The Processor can be vastly improved. You didnt mention what GPU you have. Newer GPUs tend to take some of the tasks of the processor and perform the tasks themselves.

The system however is decent. Should play the game well, as long as you opt for few leagues ( 6 at most I'd say ).

buy an dedicated graphics card ati 5770 if you want a cheap card that can play almost all games , upgrade your power supply because 300w its too low 600w are standard this days

buy 4gb of ram wth 800mhz because those that you have are 533mhz
