So, I've read about this thing called Steam Cloud where any save game created within a Steam game is effectively saved online so that you can access the file on multiple computers quickly and easily. Is this going to feature on Football Manager 2011? As a player on both the Windows and Mac format on seperate computers, this would be ideal for me :)
Cheers.
Hopefully not, since that would mean that they would use steamworks and i kinda dont like games with DRM.
On the FM11 Steam page it says Steam Cloud under Game Details so yes.
But Cloud depends on the infrastructure avaliable wherever you are. With heavy traffic on the resident servers, this would be of no benifit to gaming no?

FM saves are way too big
Yeah I agree really. Steam cloud is usually used for Valve developed games where the save files are only a few hundred k. I can't imagine a 100mb plus file being uploaded to a server any time it is modified.
