llama3 Posted September 21, 2010 Share Posted September 21, 2010 remember on FM09, I had a bad fixture pile up causing me to play 3 games in the last 4 days of the season, then play the last game of the season, away to Liverpool, for the title, 3 days after the season actually finished for everyone else, and it was exactly 20 years since Arsenal won 2-0 at Anfield to take the Division One title, no prizes for guessing what I did... kroblues Posted September 22, 2010 Share Posted September 22, 2010 On FM08 I was usually playing around 20 games every April because the Northern Irish leagues weren't set up in regard to fixtures with consideration to a team getting to every final of the cup competitions and taking part in the Champions League, so I'd be playing at least 10 league games, plus various cup games. I only had 18 matches in five weeks near the end of my season, which included a run of four consecutive games in four days. The rest were either every second day or every third day.
