I can't manage training.

For some reason unknown to me, I can only assign different training schedules to my youth players. All the other players in my team are stuck on the General training schedule, and all the other schedules are greyed out and unselectable. Anyone know how I can change this?

Screenie? Can't really picture it. Maybe you have only downloaded/imported youth schedules.

I downloaded Jenko_EFC's Training Scedules.

I see the problem (i think) you need a part time training schedule, jenko's only works for full time.

Your players are all part timers. You need to download special part time schedules, they can't handle full training sessions.

Yeah, you need part-time training schedules.

Most users only create full time ones as those are the most popular.

You could just create them yourself, it would probably be quicker.

Is it worth offering full time contracts when the next wave of new contracts are offered? What advantages does signing a player full time have?

I think you should offer FT contracts to everyone right now. Get them additional Training time and make your club Pro.

OK Ishu, thanks for the advice. I have about 1.5k free for extra wage funds, so I don't mind paying my best players a little bit more now if they want it.
