Fergie1983 Posted September 18, 2010 Share Posted September 18, 2010 I'm a great beliver in youth of over old players in 30 us but i find my self buying youngsters ready for first team and pay over the odds for them how do I bring my youngsters from my youth team to my first team like a lot of u do? the ting is im playing 2008 due to pc and laptop being in the prehistoric era! cheers in advance! Get the best youth coaches you can, upgrade your youth facilities as much as you can, and give the most promising youngsters first team football and/or loan them out to a club where they'll get it.
