your reserve playing in a league after they are not ?

anybody got his reserve playing in a league when they are not when you start the game ??

in the french league (reserve play and promote to cfa -4th division-) i played from division 7 (edited data) and after 8 seasons i was in the ligue 1 but my reserve didn't even got in a league ..

if your reserves got relegated they will drop out into an unplayable league, it will be random when they get back in

no but i think its a general thing, not league specific, if they get relegated they will just ranromly come back as there is no league system

Same thing, unfortunately it's random.

Maybe there should be a better system, or you should get more affiliates in lower leagues and simply send your players out, so they can get games. Or do what I did a full season schedule for them, A couple of times I did that, went around the world and got them playing in China, Singapore, Seychelles Islands, Kenya etc. Space the games 7 days apart and presto you have a complete season for them. In one season I overdid myself and in the end my reserves had roughly 10 - 15% more games played then my first team.

(I've heard :read: somewhere that in FM 2011 you can set up B teams for your club if there aren't any, I think this applies for say Spain, and maybe you can enter them to some sort of competition.)
