jefflackey
I have a 30 year old DM. He is from England (I run a Coca Cola League 2 team) and his personal shows no worries, happy to be on a successful team. He has decent ratings and is starting. Training is fine. Yet his morale gets worse and worse (everyone else is good or superb, we're on a winning streak!) I can't figure out why he is unhappy! He's now down to "very poor" morale. What am I missing?? aderow
Have you been praising other managers? Sometimes that annoys certain players.
Nottingham Forest
Was he your captain? Is his contract running out? If it is he may not want to leave and because you arent offering him a new contract he may be starting to feel that his time at the club is coming to an end. jefflackey
Haven't seen any PR issues, etc. He was never the captain, contract still has 18 months left. His personal states he's happy that the club is doing well, he says he's happy with his training. Very frustrating!
La Furia Roja
a quick fix is to offer him a new contract, if he accepts his morale will go back to normal usually, but this doesnt really solve the problem, just bandaids it
afced7
You could try praising his form every now and again, or praising him in team talks a bit more than usual, although if it isn't justified it could make other members of the squad unhappy.
