I need a help in FM 2010 please

This message appears to me when I start the game & game does not open .. I re-install it but the problem still happens !!

You need to delete your settings folder. To do so:

1. Goto Start > Your name i.e Rich.

2. Make sure your hidden files and folders can be seen by going to Tools, Folder Options. Next, click the View tab and make sure Show hidden files and folders is selected. Click OK.

3. Once that's done, go back to the Your name folder and click on Appdata, Roaming, Sports Interactive, Football Manager 2010. In there just delete the settings folder and start the game up.
