Boot442 Posted September 4, 2010 Share Posted September 4, 2010 I took the Brazil job (more fool me) and having been able to arrange only one friendly prior to the 2026 wc have had one of my strikers (a former player for me at club level, now at Milan) withdrawn from the squad for the friendly. Does anyone know why this might be? The last Milan fixture was 14 days ago and the next not until next year. I do not have bad relations with any managers, the worst I have seen is "has a fairly low opinion of you" which is where the current Milan boss stands despite a decade of dominance in the EPL, some CL wins and two world cup wins with spain. filcom101 Posted September 4, 2010 Share Posted September 4, 2010 yes it happened to me in FM08......i was ireland playing Malta before the 2010 WC and Keane, Duff, Given and Dunne all withdrew and i had to start the world cup without them ........hasn't happened in FM10 tho............. hard luck...........
