On the real side, yes he needs to go and go quickly BUT on the FM side i'd prefer him to stay as it gives me a bit more time to build a rep and get the England job for the 2014 world cup. He defo needs to retire Ferdinand, get shot of Barry, start playing Adam Johnson on the left side. Ideal formation GK: Hart RB: G. Johnson (though were really really short for RB's at the monent) LB: Cole CB: Terry/Cahill CB: Dawson/Shawcross MC: Huddlestone MC: Lampard RW: Walcott LW: A.
