GioGio85
Offering him a contract can certainly resolve this in the short term....success will solve this in the long term.
AnarchyAnt
Yep. My best player was unhappy and wanted to leave. I started winning and slowly got him more playing time. Subbing him in at first and then eventually starting. In my experience winning is the key. Team Talks can also help you work on his morale.
easternhawk2
Offering contracts helps alot. I was winning most games(my story in FM Stories, Boyhood club comes calling), and as my forwards and keeper were playing well attracting interest. I offered them new contracts and praised their form on a regular basis saying they were playing really well and now they are all happy bunnies. Koki
If your unhappy players are 'determined', transfer list them (don't offer them out!). Then they will be determined to prove their worth to the team and their unhappiness will be gone for a while.
