FM08 New game help.

I'm thinking about starting a new game on FM08.

Last game I had 9 playable nations with the lowest league possible for each nation and large database. By a few years in there was a serious lack of decent players in the world.

I noticed that apart from england most other clubs I checked in the playable nations only had 11 players max, no reserves and no under 18s. Even the big clubs. That cant have been helping.

I had to give up it got so bad. The quality of most regens didn't help.

Does anyone know for certain if loading every player from a nation will keep these nations in U18s in the future or does it not effect regens? If you know what I mean.

I don't really want to waste time getting to 2015 or whatever and realise the same thing just happened.

I've set it up with players loaded from nations and gone on holiday to test it but its talking ages. It's only up to september, I think I loaded a bit too many.
