HarryMills Posted August 31, 2010 Author Share Posted August 31, 2010 I don't want to spoil any surprises, but the highest i've seen for any league in the game is 19, so i wondered if that was it's ceiling value. Could a league ever be more prestigious than the champions league, if it was undisputedly the best around like serie a in the '80's?
