What do you DO while playing FM?

Me? I chuck some music on, browse the SI forums while it's continuing through days and sometimes watch some TV.

I can't sit there and play it for hours. I have to do something as well!

I have the TV on while i play FM, and sometimes i listen to music.

Although i don't really take much notice of the TV[unless some football is on], apart from the odd glances when i'm playing my matches.

Im on the foums while playing FM and I may listen to some music but I can play for hours if I get a good save.

I put on some TV shows, usualy a comedi show that I dont need to play to much attention to that I have seen 1000 times

Since I play in windowed mode I do my usually browsing, while I play. Listen to music on my laptop or watch a movie or a tv show, chat on msn, the usual.

Either listen to music, read some forums, or have SSN streaming in the background. At this moment it's the latter.

TV and surfing the net. But only during 1st half as I can't play in window mode (16" screen) and I need to coach during 2nd half.

Sometimes it happens I am busy on the loo too lol

usually watching SSN gets me in mood to play FM or blast COD while waiting

Sometimes listen to music, usually just the radio though. I tend to have this place open in the background or bang one out if there's a particularly long processing section, like FA Cup 3rd Round day.

I browse the forums and watch things like SSN or the football/cricket on TV.

I think it is the ability to multi task that makes FM really appeal to me, I'm not really too interested in console games.

Usually listen to my iPod. Depending on my mood I'll stick an album on and let it play through, and I'll browse these forums and a few other football forums. Sometimes I put on SSN in the background if I can't be bothered with music.

I generally play Fm on my lap top and get something good on the TV. previouslY I used to watch football while playign it as thats always a sure fire hit to get the football creativity juices flowing.

Sometimes play online poker too

SSN + forums and a constant supply of coffee and tabs to help the stresses of a football manager.

SSN has gone now from freevoew so this is the 1st FM game in a while that i will have to find something new to watch

i do exactly the same mate thats why i love having spotify on in the background.

Listen to my custom radio station from Pandora while reading through the various articles on Cracked. I don't even watch the first half of my games, and then only watch until the 60th minute to make my three subs.

Here, listening to music and have the TV on. lol.

Whilst playing FM I am on here, and also normally watch TV or play on the PS3.

Listening to podcasts (usually football ones), music, watching football or on the forum.

I`ve got 2 PC`s next to each other, so while FM is processing, I usually turn my chair towards the other computer and browse, follow the updates on real football, news and the forum, chatting on MSN/IRC/ICQ. If you load up so many leagues processing takes some time, so I generally have plenty of time to do other stuff besides FM

Music is on usually as well and Civilization IV on the opposite side of my desk, where my gf is playing her game on her (better) computer.

Because I loaded WAY to many leagues for what my laptop can handle in game Saturdays take an age to process, so I usually play some of the windows games, solitaire or free cell usually.

I have the TV on in the background and mostly browse the forums. It's probably the forums that prolong the gameplay as I just have to compare my game to others'.

Obviousally in the minority here but I watch the game in full, to coach, watch how my tactics are working or not, when to make substitutions etc. etc.

I generally have to configure my laptop to run just the basic drivers in order for it to deal with the game relatively timely, so I don't tend to go online when I play FM. I usually stick the radio on and listen to 5 Live or talkSPORT.

There's nothing like having the snooker on the bbc in the background and of ocurse the 12-6 SSN stint, alas, no more for my skyless self

At the moment it's just usually a random Itunes mix in the background, and dip into a book (got one on the go about the origins of the J-League and football's popularity in Japan at the moment - quite an interesting read) when there's a big set of results generating. When I'm not between permanent houses and can get back to my preferred setup, there'll be some sort of TV/Xbox action on the go as well, no doubt. Watching a real football match while playing FM = wintimes.

I love watching a game on the tele whilst playing, but sometimes i'll get confused by the two different scores, thinking when United score irl my United have scored too then wondering why were not winning.
