How do i transfer games?

Is there a way to transfer a save game from my pc to my new laptop? I recently bought a new laptop for uni but want to keep my save game going!

The save file should be located within the 'Sports Interactive' folder situated within your My Documents' folder, assuming you're on Windows.

You should be able to transfer the file via memory stick or by burning it onto a CD or DVD ROM.

Make sure your new computer has any patches installed which were on the old one.

and also remember to transfer the hall of fame if you want it to keep your data!
