jayahr
Well, as the title suggests... maybe someone can shed light on this I still can't figure out what the use of any such deadline would be in the game. Often enough transfer offers are rejected just due to setting a deadline. Of course, you may want a quick answer but when you really need it at the end of a transfer window you'll get a pretty immediate reply anyway. So why then still set one? edgar555
Just so you can get an answer and then move on to other targets if needed with time to spare. I never use it, but the AI does occasionally.
Neji
It's good for getting a player quick when he has a minimum fee. Probably the only time I ever use it.
aaron1606
You'll only get it rejected for putting a deadline on when other teams are interested. If you're trying to sign a player no-one else is interested in, it should speed up the process, most of the time.
dafuge
Perhaps you might need to free up funds quickly to complete an incoming transfer.
jayahr
Cheers Clears things up a bit, especially with the minimum-fee release clause I can see the use
