Work Permit?

I bought a player, he's in my squad but I can't play him because he has a wp tag. :confused: How do I either get a work permit for him or remove the tag etc., whatever, as long as I get him playing. He's new to the club and I can't sell him on because he's just arrived.

Offer him a new contract and that will check to see if he is eligible for one.

If he is not all you can do is wait until he is eligible for one. If he gains an EU nationality in the mean time though then he won't need a wp so send him on loan to your work permit feeder club if you have one.

Do as Jod123 suggests and send him to one of your feeder club that you should have or the transfer would not have happened. If its passed the transfer deadline though you'll not be able to send him until the start of the next window.

if you have been at your club long enough when you ask for a feeder team you can ask for a wrok permit feeder team. Usually belgium, send him there for 3 seasons and he will be an EU national and can play

If he is South American send him to Spain he will gain citizenship in two years if not send him to Belgium or Bulgaria where he will gain citizenship in 3 years. (I think also Poland is 3 years possibly)
