FMF FC = Football Manager Forum FC

Founded in 2008 Football Mangager Forum FC are an English Premiership team, with a reputation of 7500 they are the biggest club outside the "Big four" in England.

I am hoping to get a team full of people from these forums and guide them to EPL, FA cup, Carling cup and european glory.

I'm downloading the database as I type this so I should get this started tonight and I'll post screenshots of the squad as a whole.

(Disclaimer (sort of) If CCFC 4 Life or anybody else has a problem with me doing this, just post and say that you don't want me to do it and I'll stop)

What screenshots does everybody want?

August

First game of season was against Tottenham, this was the teamsheet

Ivan

Griffiths

Bozic

Fuller

Frketson

Dale

Cator

Stig

Villa

Robaldinho

Bobinho

-----------

Twigge

Webb

Nakano

Horsedick

Bull

10th Minute

Stig fired in a freekick from 25 yards

Robinson parried the ball to his left

and Robaldinho was the first to the ball,

who then swivelled on the ball before

intelligently passing the ball back to

The Stig, who on the edge of the 18 yard box,

didn't have a player within 10 yards and the

rest is history

30th Minute

After 30 minutes, these are the stats

shots/on target fmf 7/6 spurs 3/1

Pos/PassComp fmf 56/73 spurs 44/57

42nd Minute

Bobinho, under pressure on the halfway line,

passes to Villa who stroked the ball to

Robaldinho, who took advantage of Kaboul's

obvious over closing down and played a through

ball to a confident Bobinho who tucked the ball

past Paul Robinson from 18 yards.

HALF TIME

Bobinho off Bull on (reason: Condition, 83%)

51st Minute

That man Villa is at the heart of things again.

He holds the ball until the out of position Hutton

comes to him, he then passes to Robaldinho, who

skips past Rocha and then under a little bit of

pressure, leaves Paul Robinson with no chance low

down to his left!

63rd Minute

Long ball over the top to Robbie Kean who manages

to skip past two defenders and slots past Crazy Ivan

FULL TIME - 3-1

Great result, always looked comfortable, even when

Spurs changed to 3-4-3!

For the second game, we had Chelsea, I'm not sure

what to expect so I'll go for a good performance!

Team changes. I thought I would keep everyone that

got an 8 and pick new players for every other

position except for full-backs as they are in short

supply!

28th Minute

Brilliant slick passes from Chelsea sees the overrated

Florent Malouda play in Didier Drogba, who with his

power and drive, doesn't miss from 15 yards.

After 30 minutes, these are the stats

shots/on target fmf 2/0 chelsea 6/4

Pos/PassComp fmf 48/57 chelsea 52/80

HALF TIME

Honor on for Villa (reason: Condition, 83%)

Member on for Robaldinho (reason: Performance lol)

After 60 minutes, these are the stats

shots/on target fmf 4/0 chelsea 14/7

Pos/PassComp fmf 45/57 chelsea 55/78

68th Minute

Possibly, the softest own goal, I've seen.

Malouda crossed, hit Stig, ball rolled past Bobo.

77th Minute

Counter-attack - ball over the top. Drogba chases,

beats the keeper, slots home.

FULL TIME - 0-3

Not a bad result, four 7's the rest were 6's and

one 5 from Bobo, don't worry that won't be his last

game, his debut versus Chelsea I couldn't expect much.

Similiar to the Chelsea game, we have Liverpool,

obviously a class team, pacey attack, one good thing

though, I don't rate their defence. I predict goals!

Nakano

Villa

Robaldinho

Red Bull

-----------

Twigge

Fketson

Fuller

Horsedick

Bobinho

22nd Minute

Attack from Liverpool, Mascherano pulls Webb out

of position passed for Kuyt who slotted past Ivan.

After 30 minutes, these are the stats

shots/on target fmf 6/1 liverpool 7/2

Pos/PassComp fmf 49/57 liverpool 51/64

HALF TIME

Bobinho on for Bull (Reason: Condition (85%) and

performace (6) I also believe Bobinho will tuck one

away as we are making chances)

51st Minute

Gerrard plays in Torres, who turns Nakano and blasts

past Ivan, poor fella.

55th Minute

Nakano plays a poor pass to Stig who doesn't get to

it and Mascherano tucks it away from 25 yards.

75th Minute

Cator runs on to a long ball down the left, swings a

cross into Bobinho, who on the front corner of the

6 yard box, flicks the ball on and Robaldinho doesn't

miss from a few yards out.

FULL TIME - 1-3

Like the Chelsea game, I didn't expect much, didn't

get much from the players although consistency is

creeping in which is good. The post match news story

said "The Reds strike lucky" - did they? It was

fairly even, their 18 shots to out 17 and I believe

it could've been a different game if Robaldinho had

a clinical striker with him, Cristiano Ronaldo would

be nice but one of you lot will do for now icon_wink.gif

Next up was a trip to Ewood Park and Sparky's Blackburn.

Twigge

Griffiths

Bozic

Frketson

Fuller

Whitehead

Cator

Stig

Horsedick

Robaldinho

Fernie

-----------

Ivan

Webb

Nakano

Villa

Bobinho

5th Minute

Reid lures in Frketson before playing the ball into

Santa Cruz who tucks the ball past the debutant Mikey

Twigge.

Bobinho on for Fernie (Reason: Performance (6) and

Condition (6))

66th Minute

Corner. Cator wips one in on his left to penalty spot

where Ben Whitehaed rises like a salmon and powers a

header past the ever present Brad Friedel.

78th Minute

Fuller off Nakano on (Reason: injury)

90th Minute

Gamst Pedersen crossed a free kick for Nelsen who heads

a header past the distraught Twigge.

94th Minute

Corner for FMF - Cator's cross is cleared, but only to

Horsedick who feeds the ball to Frketson, who amazingly

smashes the ball from 18 yards and leaves Brad Friedel

hopeless!

FULL TIME - 2-2

Great performace, after going 2-1 down I changed to

'We Need A Goal' and I was surprised when we levelled

the game at 2-2, great stuff so far from FMF.

League Table

Team P PTS

Fulham 4 4

Wigan 4 4

FMF 4 4

Spurs 2 3

Villa 4 3

Top Performers

Ben Whitehaed - 1 game.

Frketson - 2 games.

The Stig - 4 games.

Top Scorer

Robaldinho - 2 goals.

Top Assister

Robaldinho - 2 assists.

I'm sure I wrote somewhere that everyone had played except Crazy and one of the full-backs as they were ineligible, but I can't find it!

Got Newcastle next, can't wait to get home and play this!
