Idea for nations without a home stadium

Recommended Posts

I love managing the United States, but there's one thing that frustrates me endlessly about it: I can't choose where my home matches are played. In the most recent WC qualifying cycle, I played matches at an 18,000-seater in Oakland, a 7,500-seater that I created for a lower-league team in Boston, and a 15,000-seater in Bellevue. These were big matches, I'd rather be playing them at one of the US's 100,000+ capacity stadiums, but I don't have that choice. Instead, I play matches at these run-down, small-time stadiums. I know it's entirely cosmetic, but it's depressing to see attendance for a World Cup qualifier in the U.S. read as 7,500. Future versions of FM should allow managers of countries like the United States or France pick the site of their home internationals. It would certainly make my life a lot less stressful.
