I wouldn't want my youth getting mentored and returning with less determination or poor PPM's. GioGio85 Posted August 23, 2010 Share Posted August 23, 2010 In my opinion that would be something you have to consider when loaning a player out as but in real life a player could pick up skills or learn from their new teammates....both good things and bad things. Maybe it could be that you have to look at the squad personality of the club you are loaning to. ie. If the squads mentality is jovial, then maybe its not the best place for your future star?
