However, I'm not really bothered about the rules that they impose on posts on the LLM board. Therefore, I would like to propose a thread where lower league managers can freely name bargain players without being worried about the consequences. I realise that there will have been threads on the 'best cheap/free players' and stuff. But free doesn't mean 'willing to go to a Blue Square Premier side'. Plus, I had a good search, and couldn't find anything helpful. I'm in the process of starting a new game, with the 8.0.2 patch and a huge database, and I'm looking for people to exchange info with. Oh, I almost forgot dc Alo Bärengrub (Estonian 23 yo) that I have signed to Leeds a few times for 500k, who may have been my best FM signing ever (even in competition with Piatti, Stancu et cetera). The players look sweet, but I guess by Lower League, I mean players that are real cheap (and are prepared to play below Coca Cola League 2). I'm thinking of starting with Stevenage, so I'll be getting around 50k for transfers to begin with. If you have any even cheaper players, that would be sweet. And Jody Morris always wants a fat old wage, which I'm always a bit worried about (in case the rest of the team start piping up). I have realised that there is an interesting amount of Argentinian players who have EU status (second nationality) and can therefore come to a low league side. I have just bought about 4 of them, they all look really good, and one of them has even been capped at U19's level (and he's only 19). I'll post the names when I get home... I think this thread will be coming in useful for quite a few people (although they might not want to admit to it! ) I have yet another Argentinian hot prospect. However, I haven't played him yet! Sounds weird I know, but his stats are great, and although there is the possibility that his injury could make him a bit fragile (cruciate) it did help to get him for a great price.
