Lack of Harmony

Hi,

Im currently in my 1st season managing Sheffield Wednesday. I have played 36 games and im currently sitting in 7th place on an 18 match unbeaten run. I started out quite badly and was in the bottom 7-8 for the first few games of the season and since then i developed bad harmony at the club. However since then i have gone on this amazing run and if I keep it up im going to be in the play-offs. Now all my players have a "HG" next to their names. What does this mean? Also when i go on to any player at the club in the first team they are all complaining about a lack of harmony at the club. After searching around I found it was Etienne Esejas who started the bad harmony and being as i didnt need him i released him on a free. Im guessing he was sleeping with a few of the other players Mrs'.

Also before a match i get a message saying the pressure is growing on me.

How can i fix this lack of harmony??? I have tried loads of things but doesnt seem to be doing anything.

Unfortunately, I can't help with your disgruntled team, but that HG icon just means that particular player is "Home-Grown". The local boys, in other words.

Offer new contracts to some and if any players are complaining about a lack of football then give them a stint in the team.

Personally I just tend to callously terminate, i mean release, any player who whines and causes disharmony as most of the time they're back-benchers
