corn_onthecurb
Hi, I was just wondering what effect having all your players on full time contracts but having staff on part time contracts. Obviously the players wouldn't turn up to training and have just me the manager to train them when the coaches are away. Does anyone know how it works? ElDani
I'm interested in that question as well. My club has recently been changed from semi-prof to professional and I'm having a hard time keeping inside the wage budget while getting players to sign new full-time contracts. If I did that for my coaches as well, I'd be way over the limit. Then again, maybe I'm only wasting money, having players on full-time contracts and yet they'd get the same training as before because of part-time coaches. corn_onthecurb
Yh, i get you mate, if whether a coach is part time or full time has no difference on the training, it would save my club a load of money.

Nottingham Forest
part-time contracts lees training not no training just less than FT and the same goes for staff. part time means less time to train players. only happens i think is because lower league teams cant afford to have staff and players on full time contracts.
