Requirements: a) Ten years' service or b) 5+ years service + favoured personnel + retiring Opponents: A) At another club for 5+ years = them or B) Caps > 40 = National Team or C) Player's favoured club Result: Player + You/AI Manager get a better relationship + Player more likely to stay at club as coach/scout assman + Fans appreciation.
