Since then he's got 6.1 and 6.3 in his last two games where he used to be getting 7.0+ Is there anything I can do or say to him other than 'there's no pressure' in the team talk? DSYoungEsq Posted August 8, 2010 Share Posted August 8, 2010 Make a note of it. It's affected by aspects of the person you cannot access numerically, but which cling to him nevertheless. If you see a pattern of this over time, you may be forced to sell him, or take him out of the team until the pressure wears off, or find some other way of calming him.
