Manager Profile - Monitoring/Interested - ever seen a club listed?

When you look at your manager profile and under the personal tab you see 'Monitoring' and 'interested'.

Have you ever seen a club named in either of those. I see them when I look at some other managers. For instance, the Forest job became vacant and It asked if I was interested. Merson declared he was interested in the job and I saw Forest listed in his 'Interested' section.

I was going to apply for the Forest job but they were not listed as Interested or Monitoring. i saved the game and tried saying Yes i was interested to see if Forest then would show, they didn't and each time Merson got the job.

I've never seen this in 25 years... constantly being touted for jobs but still never seen it. Even when I've been offered jobs it still doesn't appear.... pretty pointless really.

Thats what i was thinking, just a cosmetic issue for the human manager. I see it on AI managers sometimes. It would have been nice to occasionally see clubs monitoring or being interested in you and not just the media reports.
