WBA_Baggies Posted August 5, 2010 Share Posted August 5, 2010 I don't get it. For a year, Wanderley from Cruziero was set to join my Roma team on 1.2.2011. When the date comes the transfer is cancelled because I have already bought 2 non_EU players. But isn't 2011 a new year? You can sign as many Africans, Brazilians etc. from other Italian teams as you like. From this summer on the amount has been reduced from 2 to 1.
