Newgens changing haircuts

Is this normal practice? My striker just shaved his head. Is there any reason they do this? (He happens to be quite good at heading).

People have mentioned this in the past, but usually on longer games. I don't pay enough attention to newgens' appearances to notice when they change their haircut

It is quite good though. I bet you havent had the same haircut for 20 years

that's funny. I never notice that and I had newgens on my team since they were 18/19 until they retired. What I've noticed is when you're playing games certain neewgens look different then what they look like in their profile. For instance I have this bald guy who on the field is a redhead. stupid I know..

Maybe his head was just sunburned? What annoys me is the amount of bald players I have in my team, especially from my own youth. I think at least half of my newly generated youth is bald.

From my youth team players with pretty long brown curly hair are best !! 3/4 of my best players have that hair :S

FM is a window into the future. For all we know, the shaved/bald look might be in style, many years from now. Like in some of those sci-fi movies, everyone is bald and wears aluminum colored clothing :
