need help finding a game

can anyone remember a footy management game, where if you went into the transfer list system you could search from all of the leagues which had full squads.

and that with your squad page, you could highlight a player and retire him, which enabled you to have him reset to keep his original stats but be 16 and renamed as you wished. i THINK you could do it to the AI's players too, it was almost like a debug version on the demo disc i had. i can tell you what kinda time it was based around... i think saviola was 15 or 16.

i had this on a demo disc... YEARS ago... chances are that if i saw a screenie of the main screen i'd kno EXACTLY what it was.
