furrycereal Posted July 31, 2010 Share Posted July 31, 2010 this is a really dumb and probably repetitive question, but can you assign different backroom staff to different duties such as team talks etc? I want to set a coach to take team talks as his motivation, determination, man management, etc are high and my 1st ass man is frankly crap. My 2nd ass man is also likely to be better at media appearances but I don't seem to be able to pick him to take press conferences either. Do I have to just sack him and promote my coach or something?
