SWaRFeGa Posted July 29, 2010 Share Posted July 29, 2010 Make sure you do your maths before selling it! Some deals are not worth it yet. And you need to be lucky as well. I had one clause going up incrementally. Sell for 250k one week. 275k the next. 300k after that. Got as high as 575k, but I never sold. Then the week later it had dropped right down to 275k again. Figured that to actually get that much they'd have to sell him for £13.3m, which was unlikely any time soon. Nice bit of business that. Thanks to vasilli for pointing this out.
