You probably don't have the font on your PC or something, Romanian's often have names like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R%C4%83zvan_Ra%C5%A3 Rat here where some of the symbols just sometimes can't be shown.

In Romania there is special kind of t, which You pronounce "c" or "ts". I suspect the character code of that letter has been wrongly given, or the FM database does not support the use of that letter. (Probably the first reason is more likely) But let's wait and see if anybody who speaks Romanian reads this topic. If it annoys You, just give the play a nickname like "Ionita" or "Daniel Ionita"

What Attilio said. It's "ţ", pronounced "tzzz". Rename him Ionita and it will be pretty much the same...

It's caused by not having the proper character sets loaded on your computer, as others said. I think there is an option within Windows Control Panel to add character sets or something.

Yeah I was wondering if there is a way to add in those characters cause I actually might take a job in one of my saves as manager in that area
