LilSaint
I'm managing Standard in the JPL, Belgium and I need to select at least 6 homegrown players every game. Therefore, I try to snatch up as many young talents as possible, cause I want to make them homegrown players. I've signed a couple of 14 and 15 yr olds, but they only actually join my club when they turn 18 so they're still not homegrown.. I mostly signed Brazilian/Argentinian players, not sure if this has anything to do with it..Anyone knows how to fix this?
tom_numbers
Players under the age of 18 can not leave their home country (provided they're signed to a club there) in Brazil, Argentina, Australia (mostly non-EU countries). You can't alter it, it's just a rule of the game. Those with dual nationalities might be exempt, but I'm not sure.

If they have an EU second nationality they join straight away.
