Subbing Players during game

When replacing players at start of second half for example... I cant seem to get back to the screen where it had the field and the players with thier jerseys cuz I want to like swap the players around too like to switch positions that screen seems to only come up before the game starts is there a way to get back to it during the game? im not sure what the name of the screen is but it has the field graphic with all the players jerseys where you can move them around

also how do you know if players are playing out of position... i know on the handheld game the colors change how do you know if a player is playing out of position on the PC version

On the field where you can swap around each player, there is a little dot beside their name. If it is red then they are playing out of position, if it is orange then they are able to play in that position but are not great in it, if it is green then they are comfortable in that position.
