Cougar2010 Posted July 26, 2010 Share Posted July 26, 2010 Scouts, coaches & assistants all have a CA/PA as well. They improve in their 30s & 40s and start to lose their skills in their 50s & 60s. HenryJudas Posted July 27, 2010 Author Share Posted July 27, 2010 Thanks for the replies folks, but it seems neither of those reasons are why my scouts are losing their abilities. I have a French guy, who is 39, he had 20/20 stats, yet this season they are both down to 15. I used him extensively during the seaon. I had him set up scouting individual nations, all cued up one after another, so he had no breaks in between them. Funnily, the other scout I signed with 20/20 stats has not lost any of them, and all I did was assign him to scout a region. This has something to do with it ya reckon?
